I believe the reasoning was anything like you can't blend medicine and Alcoholic beverages. So by this convoluted logic doesn't it seem sensible to limit or ban a tobacco product that doesn't result in most cancers ?!?!?OTOH, vaping strike Europe all over 2005 and NA around 2007, so probably if we hold our 'previous' stuff for another 10 years thin
